Our Story
Hi, I'm seven and this is my shop
I asked my dad how shops work. He explained it but I didn't really understand it, so then we made one so I could see. It's a real shop, not a pretend one.
I look at everything before it goes in. If I wouldn't want it in my room then it doesn't go in, even if my dad likes it. I like mugs. My dad says I have too many opinions about mugs.
My mom and my dad both help me. My dad does the money part, because I don't understand that very much yet. He shows me what we pay for something, and then what people pay us, and then how much is actually left at the end. The answer is usually not very much. He does all the rules you have to follow when you have a shop in Canada as well, which sound quite boring.
My mom does the orders and the posting. She's the one who actually puts your thing in the box. They both check everything before it goes so nobody gets sent the wrong thing.
The other part my dad calls customer service. It means if somebody is upset you don't argue with them, you say sorry and then you fix it. Also you can't tell somebody their parcel is coming on Tuesday if you don't actually know that. Some of our things come from very far away and they take longer, so we say so on the page before and not after.
Nobody has written a review yet because we haven't had very many customers. If you buy something you might be one of the first people ever. If it turns up broken or it's the wrong one you can send it back for 30 days and we won't be cross. Please do tell us. We won't know otherwise.
You can email me, it's info@cozycrestco.com. I write some of them and my dad reads them before they send. We take one or two days. Not weekends, because that's the weekend.
