Please include your order number — it's in your confirmation email and starts with a #. That lets us find you straight away instead of trading messages.

Common questions

Where is my order? Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships, and can take 3–5 business days to show its first scan. Delivery estimates are in our shipping policy.

I want to return something. Our refund policy covers the details. Email us before shipping anything back.

My order arrived damaged. Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
